WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY TAM TAM CONSULTING?
Tam Tam Consulting will collect personal information in two ways; 1.information we get from your use of our services and 2.information you provide us, for example, by filling in a contact form on our website.
We collect the following kinds of information: first & last name, phone number, e-mail address, other personal information you provide by creating a profile on our website, location, information about your activity on our website, list of contact details via an app, IP-address, internet browser and device type.
Tam Tam Consulting will not knowingly collect data from the visitors of our website who are under 16. Unless they have the permission from their parents or guardian. We do recommend that parents are involved in the online activities of their children, to ensure that information about the children will not be collected without a parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal data from a minor, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org, we will delete that information.

We do not sell or share your personal information with companies, organisations and individuals other than Tam Tam Consulting, unless this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement or to fulfil the legal obligation. With companies that process your personal data on our behalf, we close a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Tam Tam Consulting remains responsible for the processing.

To be sure you made the request, we ask you to send a copy of your passport. We ask you to cover your picture and national insurance number. This is to protect your privacy.
If you do not have an agreement with us, but via your employer for example, we ask you to contact the responsible within your company.
Tam Tam Consulting will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within 4 weeks minimum.
To protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration and against unauthorised disclosure or access, Tam Tam Consulting uses technical and organisational security measures.
